Information collected on this site is used solely for the following purposes:
Contact form submissions — to read and respond to your message. Your email and name are used only to reply to you. Messages are not shared with anyone else and are not used for marketing.
Analytics data — to understand which articles are useful, which topics to write more about, and how the site is performing technically. Analytics data is reviewed in aggregate and is not tied to individual identities.
Server logs — for security, debugging, and ensuring site reliability. IP addresses in logs are anonymised or purged periodically.
There is no automated decision-making or profiling based on your data on this site.

Data retention
Contact form messages are retained in my email inbox for as long as necessary to resolve your query, and then deleted. I do not maintain a separate CRM or database of contacts.
Analytics data is retained according to the retention settings of the analytics platform used (typically 14 months for Google Analytics). Aggregated, anonymised statistics may be retained indefinitely as they cannot identify individuals.
Server logs are rotated and purged automatically by the hosting provider, typically within 30–90 days.
Children’s privacy
CodeSolved.dev is a technical programming blog intended for adult developers and learners. It is not directed at children under the age of 13 (or the applicable age in your jurisdiction). I do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has submitted personal data through this site, please contact me at serh.melnyk@gmail.com and I will delete it promptly.
Changes to this policy
